effects and too-often loss of life. Serious illnesses such as cancer and heart disease
drain not only the individual patients and their families, but institutions, governments,
and society as a whole. While medical advances in treatment have made previously
fatal illnesses more survivable, the costs are still unacceptably huge, and the
outcomes need to be greatly improved.

The transformative, uniquely-proprietary FACTUS-99 Tensor-field Ultrasound Technology will
enable routine real-time, high resolution, 3D imaging with deep learning identification and
evaluation of early-stage organ and tissue pathologies. Most current medical ultrasound uses
only reflected signals. Through-transmission ultrasound carries additional information that
enhances resolution and enables identification of tumors and tissues. Our new FACTUS
technology will provide beautiful high-resolution 3D video imaging without CT x-ray radiation
or slow, expensive MRI scans. The oncological deep-learning AI will identify and precisely
evaluate small cancers at their early primary sites. The heart surgeon will know non-invasively
in real time exactly where the patient has restricted blood flow.
